KOME Agency Commission Structure — Classes A to F Explained

📅 December 2024⏱️ 7 min read

The KOME Agency commission structure is a tiered weekly system that rewards agents with higher percentage rates as their host teams generate more income. Understanding this system fully is essential before you register, because your earnings potential grows exponentially as your team scales — but only if you actively manage toward higher commission classes.

How the KOME Commission Structure Works

As a KOME Agent, you do not earn a flat rate. Your commission percentage depends on your commission class, which is determined each week by your entire team's total earnings during that week. The more your hosts collectively earn, the higher your class — and the higher your percentage cut of that same total.

Classes reset and are recalculated every week at 24:00 Sunday (UTC+8). Monday is settlement day: your previous week's commission is deposited to your wallet at the rate matching whichever class your team achieved.

Understanding Commission Calculation

The formula is simple: Your commission = Total team weekly earnings × Your class rate.

Critically, your class is based on the team total for that week, and your commission is applied to that same total. This means reaching a higher class not only increases your rate — it applies that rate to a higher earnings figure. The compounding effect is significant:

This is why recruiting more hosts isn't just about volume — it's about crossing class thresholds that unlock compounding commission growth.

How Many Hosts Do You Need Per Class?

The number of hosts needed depends on individual host performance, but as a rough guide based on average host earnings of $100–$300/week:

Higher-performing hosts can push you to higher classes with a smaller team. This is why host quality and support matter as much as raw recruitment numbers.

Sub-Agent Commission Bonus

In addition to host team commissions, KOME agents earn a sub-agent bonus for referring new agents to the platform. When someone joins using your agent invitation link and earns at least $10/week in commissions, you receive 10% of their weekly commission earnings for 12 consecutive weeks.

Example: If a sub-agent you referred earns $500 in commissions over 12 weeks ($500/12 ≈ $41.67/week), you earn $4.17/week × 12 weeks = $50 in bonuses. At scale, with multiple active sub-agents, this creates a meaningful secondary income stream.

The sub-agent bonus does not count toward your own commission class calculation — it's a separate bonus on top of your regular commission.

Weekly vs. Cumulative Thinking

A common misunderstanding among new agents is expecting early weeks to reflect future potential. Most agents are Class A for their first 2–4 weeks while they're still building their team. This is normal and expected — your class is not permanent, and it changes every single week based on performance.

Focus on gradual team growth with consistent host support. Agents who reach Class C ($1,500/week team, 15% commission) typically do so within 6–12 weeks of active recruitment. Reaching Class F takes consistent team building over several months but produces agency-level income.
