Withdrawals can be submitted at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. KOME markets this as a "24/7 withdrawal" feature, which means you're not locked into specific withdrawal windows or waiting periods.

However, processing happens during working days (Monday through Friday, UTC+8). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. During promotional periods or high-traffic times, processing may occasionally extend slightly beyond 3 working days.

For Hosts: The Diamond-to-USD Process

Host earnings are stored as diamonds (points) in your in-app wallet. Diamonds convert at 10,000 diamonds = $1 USD. The withdrawal process for hosts works as follows:

  1. Open the KOME app and go to your wallet
  2. Check your current balance — ensure you have at least $10 (100,000 diamonds) available
  3. Tap "Withdraw" and select the amount (must be a $10 multiple)
  4. Choose your payment method (bank transfer or Epay)
  5. Confirm and submit — processing begins on the next working day

Once the Monday deposit arrives, agents can submit a withdrawal request at any time using the same $10 minimum and multiples-of-$10 rules. Processing takes the same 1–3 working days.

Agents should note that commissions are not manually requested — they arrive automatically on Mondays. Your job is simply to submit a withdrawal from the available balance when you're ready.

This is rare for legitimate interactions but worth knowing. Avoid users who seem to be testing platform refund policies, and report suspicious behavior through in-app support.

Set up your withdrawal method before your first commission or earnings arrive. Go to Wallet → Payment Settings in the KOME app. Add your bank account details or Epay credentials. Verify the information carefully — incorrect entries cause delays that can take several additional working days to resolve.
